After a long summer, Salzburg's traditional and popular autumn festival takes place in the old city near the cathedral and celebrates its 40th anniversary.
The traditional fair is located in a number of large tents built around the Salzburg Cathedral. 
It is not only an important event in the local calendar of events, it also attracts tens of thousands of tourists who come to spend time in this wonderful city.
The bells of the cathedral will ring with special sounds and will call on all Salzburg fans to come and participate in the festival
